Connect everything. Sync both ways.
Your ERP, your online stores and your marketplaces should hold the same truth, all the time. We build the two-way bridges that keep orders, stock, prices, invoices, products, customers, receivables and notifications in step, then move your data when you outgrow a platform. Built around your systems, handed over with no lock-in.

What stays in sync
One source of truth, in every channel.
A sale on a marketplace, a stock change in the warehouse, a new price in the ERP. Each one updates everywhere it should, in near real time, without anyone re-keying it.
-
Orders
Store and marketplace orders land in your ERP with lines, taxes and shipping, ready to fulfil.
-
Stock
One available quantity per product, pushed to every channel so you never oversell.
-
Prices
List prices, discounts and campaign prices propagate the moment you set them.
-
Products
Catalogue, attributes, images and barcodes, created and updated in both directions.
-
Invoices
Invoices and e-Factura raised automatically and linked back to the order.
-
Customers
Customer records and history, matched and deduplicated across systems.
-
Receivables
Balances and due dates from the ERP, visible where your team needs them.
-
Notifications
Status changes trigger the right email, SMS or webhook, automatically.
Three ways we connect
Integrate, migrate, or build a smart module.
Most engagements start with the first one and grow from there.
ERP × Store × Marketplace
Two-way integration between your ERP, your online stores and the marketplaces you sell on. Orders in, stock and prices out, invoices and notifications handled.
See the integrationData migration
Move products, orders, customers and history from any source to any target, with a dry run, validation and a clean cutover. No lost data, no guesswork.
See migrationSmart modules
Purpose-built screens and add-ons that plug into your ERP: a live order board, a warehouse pick screen, a dashboard on the wall.

See connectorsHow we build an integration
Mapped first, monitored for good.
An integration is only useful if you can trust it at 2 a.m. on your busiest day. Four steps keep ours dependable.
- 01
Map the data
We agree exactly what flows, which way, and who wins when two systems disagree, before we write code.
- 02
Connect and reconcile
Event-driven sync in near real time, with a first full reconciliation so both sides start from the same numbers.
- 03
Survive failure
Retries, idempotent writes and a dead-letter queue, so an outage never doubles an order or drops one.
- 04
Monitor and alert
A live log of every sync, with alerts when something needs a human. You see what moved, when, and why.
The honest version
If it has an API, we connect it.
We will not pretend every system is plug and play. Here is how it actually works.
- Modern API Most ERPs, stores and marketplaces expose a REST or GraphQL API. We connect straight to it.
- Old system, no API We build a thin API layer over its database or files, so it can talk to everything else.
- End of the road When a platform is too old to extend safely, we migrate you to a newer one and connect that instead.
- Your call, in writing We tell you which case you are in before any work starts, with the trade-offs in plain language.
Questions people ask before they connect
Which systems can you connect?
Any ERP, online store, marketplace, courier or payment processor that exposes an API, which is almost all modern ones. We already work with WooCommerce, SoftOne, SeniorERP and SeniorXRP, Acumatica, Nexus ERP, Hamor, SAP, eMAG, Favi, the main Romanian couriers and the common payment gateways. If a system has no API, we build a layer over it or migrate it.
Is the sync one-way or two-way?
Two-way, per field, by design. You decide the direction for each piece of data: orders usually flow from the store and marketplace into the ERP, while stock, prices and product updates flow back out. When both sides can change the same field, we agree a clear winner up front so nothing flaps.
How fast does data update?
Near real time for events like orders and stock, usually within seconds, with a scheduled full reconciliation to catch anything missed. We tune the cadence to each platform API limit so you are never throttled or blocked.
What about Romanian e-Factura and SAF-T?
We handle them. Orders can raise an invoice in SmartBill, Oblio or your ERP, push it to ANAF e-Factura, and attach the result back to the order. SAF-T (D406) data can be prepared from the same connected systems.
What happens when a marketplace or courier is down?
Nothing breaks. Failed calls are retried with backoff and parked in a dead-letter queue if they keep failing, so they complete once the service is back. Every write is idempotent, so a retry never creates a duplicate order or invoice.
Do we own the integration?
Yes. You own the code, the credentials and the data, and we document how it runs and how to hand it to someone else. There is no monthly fee to us just to keep your own systems talking.
Have two systems that should be talking?
Tell us what you run and what you sell on. We will map the integration and tell you honestly what it takes.
