MEGZO_tech is a compact team of senior engineers and architects. You work with the people doing the work, not an account manager who hands your project to juniors. We start from the outcome you want and pick the smallest technology that gets you there: sometimes a focused AI integration, often plain automation, occasionally a custom tool we build and hand over.

What does MEGZO_tech do?
MEGZO_tech is a small, senior technology studio that turns business goals into working software. We focus on four things: business-IT alignment, AI integration and automation, custom tools and web apps, and senior advisory and architecture. Most work starts with one clear problem scoped to a result you can see.
How does MEGZO_tech use AI?
We add AI only where it earns its place. AI pays off in narrow, repeatable tasks like drafting, classification, extraction and routing, not everywhere. We find those tasks, baseline them, ship something safe to run in production with guardrails and a human in the loop, then stop rather than over-build.
Who owns the code and the data?
You do. You own the source code, the data and the accounts from day one, and we document how to run it (and how to replace us) as part of the handover. We are local-first by default, collect the minimum, and never add trackers, so there is no lock-in.
How does an engagement start?
It starts with a free 20-minute call. You bring a goal or a problem, we listen, and you get an honest read on whether we can help plus at least one concrete suggestion. There is no slide deck and no follow-up pressure. We only reach out again if you ask us to.
What does it cost?
Each project is scoped and priced to a defined outcome, not to billable hours. After the call we agree the result, the smallest technology that gets you there, and a fixed scope, so you know what you are paying for before any work begins.
